Reimagining schools to build strong FLN and STEM foundations for every learner

Education: Digital Literacy

An initiative to expand digital and STEM learning for rural girls in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Many government schools face limited digital access, a shortage of computer science teachers, and persistent gender gaps in STEM, placing girls at an early disadvantage.

Focused on girls in Grades 6–9 from KGBV schools, the program offers a three-year learning journey-digital literacy, coding, and early exposure to artificial intelligence. Through a blend of technology-enabled learning, culturally rooted mentorship, and co-scholastic experiences, it builds confidence, curiosity, and aspiration.

More than skills, the initiative offers rural girls opportunity, belonging, and a place in India’s digital future.
