At NEAID, we invest in young talent by offering internship opportunities to young changemakers to build practical skills for careers in the development sector. Our 1–3 month internships provide hands-on learning, and several former interns have gone on to join NEAID in full-time roles.

We offer paid and unpaid internships, depending on the scope and responsibilities. Opportunities are available in two formats: office-based roles, supporting programme operations such as administration, finance, logistics, and monitoring; and field-based roles, working in rural Assam to support programme implementation, community engagement, and trainings.
